PS. Stingy stuff sucks! D: It stings. That brown bottle looks like stingy stuff. Ick.

Haha, thanks. I don't like my hair up with this haircut because my short layers look all funny. Plus I'm just not used to not seeing a ton of hair around my face, haha. And, yes: stingy stuff is no fun. At least it was hydrogen peroxide and not alcohol. Hydrogen peroxide is a lot more entertaining, what with the bubbles and stuff.

Here I thought, looking at that picture, you finally cut your hair short like I always wanted...and then it turns out you just put it up. Lame-o. It looks like it's cut short, and more importantly, it looks good!

Sad about the cut - were you talking on the phone too? That usually leads to disaster...

Haha, I could not cut it that short. That would be crazy! Thanks for the vote of confidence, though. And, no, I wasn't talking on the phone. I was running to the car (it was raining really, really hard) and slipped on some slick pavement. I fell on my right side, so I now have a new possible scar on my knee, boo.

Mer! You would definitely look cuter with short hair (or at least putting it up). It might be scary cutting your hair short at first since people with long hair use their hair as a shelter. And well after that hair is gone, a person would feel REALLY REALLY exposed, but after a while its nicer :). No more humid, frizzy hair. (Mai talks from first hand experience :D)

However, short hair sucks when you wake up. It gets messed up easier in sleep :(.

I went through this myself - all through high school and the first year 1/2 of college I had gradually longer and longer hair. Finally my security job required me to cut it. I felt like I was losing a significant piece of myself and felt VERY exposed @.@

I do like it much better now - I look much more professional and feel so much better during the summer. Also, less combing work is ALWAYS a good thing xD my hair actually looks better in the morning now, but maybe that's beacuse I'm a dude? <_<

I feel like short hair would make me look older (too much like my mom, hehe). I would like less frizz, though, haha. Especially in Hawaii. Hm, I'll have to think about this, Mai :D

I personally think long hair is more beautiful, short hair often makes girls look older, like "I don't care about my long beautiful hair anymore, I'm not getting anything out of it anyways", haha. OK, short hair is not that bad, but you get my point ^^

DON'T LISTEN TO HIM. All guys prefer long hair because its "sexier" and makes them feel manly since you LOOK feminine. ;P.

Yeah, most guys do, but look at Koichi! Every time I go to get my hair cut, he's always like, you should cut it more. WEIRD. Also, that's a pretty good interpretation as to why guys like long hair. You're so wise, Mai.

I think that short hair looks good on a lot of girls. But I don't know if I have the bone structure for it, haha. This is the shortest my hair has ever been, though.
